From leading in-house teams to advising C-suite leaders and partnering with clients, Lara has been in the trenches long enough to understand how teams actually operate.
Her work sits at the intersection of communication, leadership, organizational dynamics, and human behavior.
Lara holds a journalism degree from Texas A&M University and has earned more than a dozen industry awards for writing, marketing, and communications.
