    Drawing on learning theory, communication strategy, and organizational dynamics, this session explores what happens when people approach the same work through different questions—especially across leadership, technical, operational, and creative teams.

    Participants discover how to quickly recognize which of the four Hidden Questions™ is influencing how they approach their work—and the underlying answers they need to move forward.

    As participants better understand themselves, they also learn to recognize what others may be looking for—and how to bring those different perspectives into the conversation.

    The result is a shared language teams can use every day to create clearer conversations, make stronger decisions, and do better work together.

    Application Workshop | Half Day (4 Hours) — $4,500

    Up to 30 people | In-person

    Go deeper with the Hidden Question™ framework, with more time to explore team dynamics, practice using the four questions, and apply the framework to real-world situations your team encounters.

    *Travel expenses for in-person workshops outside the greater Austin area are additional and billed separately.
